Dave Osbourne is an alter ego.

Many years ago when the internet was still a "safe place", and social media was a "new thing" the negative outcomes we face today were eminently foreseeable so in around 2008 Dave Osbourne was born and has been my online alias every since.

Everyone I've known or worked for in the last decade knows about "Dave", the concept is usually met with some suprise, but ultimately it doesn't matter once identies are established and proper checks done.
